Thermoformable ABS plastic sheet has excellent tensile strength and impact resistance, it is easier to form and flexible than acrylic sheets. Easy to cut and heat, making it an ideal material for most thermoform applications. Flat thermoformed plastic board can be used for DIY projects, handcraft, scabbard, switch panel, protective cases and covers, robotics competition, automotive dashboard, wheel covers, body parts, amp surface, and audio frame. Thermoform plastic sheets can be easily cut to size using a table saw, jigsaw, handsaw, router, waterjet. Or drilling holes in them, and can be bent and molded with a heat gun. ABS material provides a balanced combination of mechanical toughness, wide temperature range, good dimensional stability, chemical resistance, electrical insulating properties, and ease of fabrication.
