The owners who purchased the residence attempted to move in, but discovered the house was infested with hundreds of rats and rodents. What was believed to be a livable home was discovered to be an unlivable biohazard. Renovation Project is the journey to rebuild this 12,000 square foot estate from infestation to complete renovation.
