Having trouble incorporating cocoa powder to your batter, frosting, or icing? The Bakerdale fudge base is your answer! Add about the same amount that you would cocoa. This is an unsweetened product just as cocoa itself. So do not overdue it. In cold weather if the base is hard, soften or melt it in a double boiler or carefully in the microwave. As with any chocolate product, be careful not to overheat or it will get a bitter burned taste. Just warm enough to melt the product.
