Hello Reader, I composed my first novel, "The Devil's Daughter". A young adult romance Novel containing 95,606 words. This novel contains: action, suspense, love, betrayal, deceit, and bromance; to name a few of the different subgenres I have combined to create my novel. While reading this novel, you are not given all the information at once. Instead, you are viewing things from Theo's perspective, the main protagonist. This novel is about a young man, Theo, who is 24 and visiting his parents for the summer before returning to college for his final year. His father, who is a renown lawyer, put Theo on a path directly to becoming a lawyer. Since Theo was a child, his father has done everything in his power to keep him on that path. While working at a dealership to keep busy during the summer, Theo is given a strange job to deliver a vehicle to a man. That man is Foster Kite, the head of the Austin Cartel. Theo meets Kite's Daughter, Kate, and is instantly drawn in by her innocence and beauty. Theo finds out that Kate has been sheltered from the world for most of her life; placed on a direct path the same way Theo has. Things at Theo's home get shaky as Theo starts doing more and more work for Kite. He's eventually kicked out and falls down a deep dark hole. His heart leads him to Kate. She is able to help pull him out. Theo ends up moving into Kite's house and unravels the truth about his father. His father isn't the high and mighty man he presents himself as. Theo moves up in the ranks and leads his crew to take down a major rival in Miami. At the end of the novel, Theo and Kate flee the cages placed around them.
