Sealing: The AN thread of the flare is sealed at a 37-degree angle, while the NPT thread is sealed with a 60-degree tapered thread. It is highly recommended to use sealant or PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) tape on the NPT port. Material: The fitting is made of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy. Parameters: The maximum working pressure is 1,500 PSI. The working temperature range is -40°F to 250°F.
