Made in China. Known as tube clamps, pipe clamp or hydraulic brackets. Used to secure pipes in place during installation and provides stability preventing pipes from shifting or sagging. Securely hold two identical pipes within a system. Polypropylene clamp body. The top and base plate are made of galvanized steel. Working temperature range -30°C to +90°C. Complies with DIN 3015 standard. Pipe clamps are also called tube clamps or hydraulic supports. Pipe clamps are used to maintain hydraulic system stability by holding pipes in place, reducing shock and vibration caused by fluid movement. Pipe clamps is use to grip tubes, pipes, and hoses along hydraulic systems. Pipe clamps also secure and protect the tubes from external forces and movements. Furthermore, pipe clamp prevents damage and wear on tube components by keeping them securely positioned. There are 3 series of pipe clamps: standard series, heavy duty series and twin series. A complete pipe clamp installation consists of four components, namely the pipe clamp body, top plate, base plate and hex head bolts. Twin Series pipe clamps are made to securely fasten two identical tubes within piping systems. These clamps are robust, with thick plates and heavy bolts, making them well-suited for high-pressure piping applications. Twin series pipe clamps are manufactured according to DIN 3015 standards. The clamp body is suitable for pipes with outer diameters between 6mm to 42mm. These clamps are used to reduce noise and vibration in hydraulic systems. The body material is made of polypropylene while other parts are made of galvanized steel material. During installation, bottom clamp is assembled with cover plate and bolts. Twin polypropylene (PP) pipe clamp bodies have an operating temperature range of -30°C to +90°C.
