Used in applications involving heavy loads, high vibration levels, or where the pipe or tube being supported is larger and requires a strong and durable clamping. Polypropylene clamp body. The top and base plates are made of SS316 stainless steel, which has higher resistance to corrosion and rust. Working temperature range -30°C to +90°C. Complies with DIN 3015 standard. A complete pipe clamp installation consists of four components, namely the pipe clamp body, top plate, base plate and hex head bolts. Heavy series pipe clamps are manufactured according to DIN 3015 standards. The body material is made of polypropylene, which has good impact strength while other parts are made of stainless-steel material. During installation, bottom clamp is assembled with cover plate and bolts. Heavy polypropylene (PP) pipe clamp bodies have an operating temperature range of -30°C to +90°C. The clamp body is suitable for pipes with outer diameters between 6 mm to 406 mm.
