Our PCB Stencil Printer is designed for small series PCB assembly with non-framed stainless-steel stencils and fits a variety of PCB sizes. The design offers easy width adjustment, secure stencil placement, and simple operation. It provides consistent results without the need for frequent readjustment. The LSP-MEC-STC stencil printer was initially designed for our own use. However, it became so successful that other companies started requesting us to make it for them as well. PCB Stencil Printer: A Technical Overview Experience precision with our PCB Stencil Printer, designed for accurate solder paste application during printed circuit board assembly. Solder Paste Application Made Easy Our PCB Stencil Printer makes the solder paste application process easier. It enables accurate application of the solder paste on the PCB, preparing it for component fitting. This eliminates individual soldering, saving significant time and effort. User-Friendly Design Adjust the Width: Use the adjusting screws at the bottom to set the desired width for your PCB. Insert the PCB: Place your PCB into the adjusted slot. Secure the Stencil: Use the ergonomic clamping screws to secure the stencil in place. Apply the Solder Paste: Apply your solder paste onto the stencil. Fold and Eject: Fold up the stencil and move the black part on the device towards the PCB. This action will eject the PCB, ready for the next one. The four rubber soles at the bottom of the device ensure stability during use, preventing any unwanted movement. Compatibility and Specifications Our printer is compatible with non-framed stainless-steel stencils. It accommodates a PCB width of 6mm to 205mm, a PCB length of up to 200mm, and PCB thicknesses from 0.4mm to 2.5mm.
