2LBS/CU FT DENSITY, 300 LBS. BUOYANCY – Perfect for use with boat parts and dock floats, and is approved by the U.S. Coast Guard. It is also great for insulation, soundproofing, sound deadening, expansion gaps, and filling of voids. Also, great for sculpture, carving and plug making. Easy to Mix, Shape, and Sand – Simply mix part A and part B of the liquid foam component system in a 1:1 ratio, mix for 45 seconds and pour. Expansion starts in 45 seconds and is fully expanded in about 7 minutes. Additional layers can be added for strength and can easily be cut or sanded to any desired shape. Comes wtih 4 gallons Part A and 4 Gallons Part B. Compatible with Other Materials – Strength and compatibility are important with a quality boat pour foam. Our foam is versatile and bonds well with polyester, epoxy, or vinyl ester resins. It also adheres to itself so you can build multiple layers by pouring the foam in separate batches to form strong bonds between layers. Waterproof 94% Rigid Closed Cell Foam – Once the foam is cured, it helps prevent moisture absorption in marine and boat environments. The closed cell structure is also not affected by solvents, oil or gas. Environmentally Responsible – At Fiberglass Warehouse, we care about the environment and about your health. The 94% Rigid Closed-Cell Foam helps prevent water and moisture absorption and once cured, it won't be affected by solvents, oil or gas.

The expanding foam is easy to mix and handle, with a 1:1 Mix Ratio, 2-part liquid resin component system and that produces foam when mixed together. Starts foaming after 45 seconds of mixing, and 7 minutes to full expansion. Build multiple layers by pouring the mix in separate batches to form strong bonds between layers. 

It can be cut to any desired shape or be coated with polyester, epoxy, or vinyl ester resins.

Pour Foam is a polyurethane, fire retarded, rigid foam system that is designed to meet a variety of requirements without sacrificing product quality. It is waterproof and will have a buoyancy of approximately 75 pounds per cubic foot, and a density of 2.0 lbs/ft3. 

The unique handling characteristics of the Boat Pour Foam series systems provide ease of mixing by hand or machine and produce a uniform product with excellent cell structure.
