How to assemble a hole saw? 1. Insert the drill bit into the mandrel and tighten the screw on the side of the mandrel with a hex wrench. 2. Insert the large mandrel into the top of the blade from the bottom. 3. Insert the tightening mandrel and the two protruding locking pins into the holes of the hole saw. 4. To ensure an accurate cut, make sure the screws on both sides of the mandrel are secured with a hex wrench without shaking. 5. The drill bit and hole saw are easy to be blocked during use and cannot be disassembled, making the drill bit fragile. Be sure to slow down the drilling speed when operating. We recommend using a machine with a drilling speed of 1000 or less. This will prolong the life of the hole saw.
