1. Not every smartphones can use this flash drive, it can be used for the smartphones that support OTG function and has Type-C interface, please ensure that before ordering, or ask us if you could not make sure.
2. Only "FAT32" format can be recognized by smartphones and tablets. The max file size that can be transferred in FAT32 format is 4Gb. While formatting your drive make sure that the zip drive's format is FAT32 else you can face a compatibility issue.
3. Transfer Speed: If you insert our USB 3.0 device into a 2.0 port, the transfer rate will be limited down to the max of the USB 2.0 port's.
