You can find production and ingredient details in each individual vinegar’s page but we have assembled them here as a set for easier grouping. 19.53 Miles From The Tree Apple Cider Vinegar is Made with apple cider from northern Massachusetts this ACV is our tribute to Johnny Appleseed who was born exactly 19.53 miles from our vinegar works and is credited with spreading (cider!) apple trees. We think our former neighbor would really appreciate what we have done with his orchards and be smitten by this slightly sweet and highly tangy small-batch New England ACV. Cranberry Apple Cider Vinegar is Made with apple cider from northern Massachusetts and co-fermented with cranberries from bogs near Cape Cod this vinegar is our sweet tribute to the Bay State. We mean that literally. Our Cranberry Apple Cider Vinegar is a sweet and tangy vinegar and a crowd favorite. Apple Cider Hot Vinegar is A truly unique vinegar and one of our favorites. Our Apple Cider Hot Vinegar is made by co-fermenting local apple cider with a mix of fruit, spices, and peppers. It will start with a slightly smoky or bacon flavor followed by a savory note and, finally, just a touch of heat. This is not a hot sauce but a one-of-a-kind vinegar that we add to everything other than our breakfast cereal. Wild Blueberry Apple Cider Vinegar is Made from New England craft apple cider and co-fermented with wild Maine blueberries this vinegar is sweet and tangy. This vinegar is one of our Nano Batch vinegars which are very small experimental fermentations that are not part of our regular line-up.
