My Vision: I want to help guide others on their own personal healing journey through providing a holistic approach to healing the mind, the body, and the soul. The Inner Transformation Program: I created an 8 week program to help individuals step into their Authentic Self with the goal of providing a safe space to facilitate self discovery, self reflection, and holistic self development. This program encompasses personal development, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence. The Workbook: This workbook will take you through the outline of my inner transformation workbook that you can dive into at your own pace. For those participating in the 8 week program, you will use this book at an accelerated, intense rate of 8 weeks with 1:1 mentorship / access through video calls and messages. The Process: Accumulation of knowledge, insights, revelations, education, and information are meaningless without integration and application. Those familiar with me or my work hear me say “this is the power of free will” a lot. This means that I can show you all of the techniques and tools, but they will be useless if you do not commit to applying them daily to your own life.
