NOTICE

-After powering on the machine, adjust the blade temperature to a light to medium red, and specific adjustments should be based on the actual size of chicken.

-After the blade turns red, start the motor and fan.

-Select the appropriate cutting hole, then stabilize the chicken’s feet with one hand, press the chicken’s occiput with your thumb, and press the throat with your index finger. Then place the beak into the cutting hole. After the cut, stop for the beak to stop bleeding for 2-4sec.

-If the blade is hot but not red, first check if the blade fixing screws are tightened, and then check the condition of the blade oxidation situation. Remove the oxidation with a fine sand cloth.

-After use, turn off the switch, unplug the power plug, cover the whole machine with a plastic bag after it cools down, to prevent dust accumulation and moisture.

-The machine’s chain link active mechanism should be regularly lubricated.
