Karen Warfield is a U.S. Army veteran and a graduate of Southern Illinois at Carbondale, where she earned her degree in Workforce Education and Development. She was the Associate Editor for "The 9-Mile Square," published on behalf of Connecticut's Norwich Historical Society.
