How to Inflate the Propane Gas?
Safest and easy to refill in seconds with NO TOOLS required.

Step 1: You can chill 1 lb cylinders in a freezer so that there is a lower vapor pressure in the empty tank than the bulk tank.

Step 2: Put your 5-40lb propane tank upside down and attach the QCC1-1 connection to your propane tank. Close the 1/4'' on/off control valve.

Step 3: Connect the 1''-20 female throwaway cylinder thread to the empty 1lb propane fuel cylinder.

Step 4: Open the 5-40 propane tank cylinder valve and then tun on 1/4'' on/off control valve.

Step 5: Let the gas flow until the tank is full. When the flow of propane gas stops, please shut off the 1/4" on-off control valve and remove the 1 lb cylinder.
