The NorthStar Air Compressor with Quiet Armor offers 5 HP, 60-gallon capacity and 19 CFM @ 90 PSI with 150 max. PSI. This single-stage, single-phase vertical air compressor runs on an industrial 1,740 RPM 4-pole electric motor with a 1.1 service factor and is designed for up to 50,000 hours of use with proper maintenance. It features patented Quiet Armor technology with our 5-stage air intake noise reduction technology, creating noise levels no louder than a normal conversation. This unit also offers a solid cast iron high-flow 730 RPM, 2-cylinder splash lube pump with removable disc valves and solid steel rods for maximum performance and durability. The ASME tank is powder coated and includes a ball valve tank drain. This compressor does not include an electrical cord; it requires hardwiring by a certified electrician.
