The "Contemporary Social Science" in its entirety, faces the "General Loss of Validity", a product of its evident failure and incompetence, evidenced by the catastrophe facing humanity, which is approaching its inexorable extinction. To regain lost validity, it must undergo a profound "Reconstruction", concentrated on the development of a new investigative agenda, both for " POLITICAL SCIENCE " and "GEOPOLITICS" , which should be addressed as the nucleus of "Study" , the most significant issues for the human species as they are; The "Fundamental Global Geostrategic Imperatives", and the study of "Geostrategies", which are the means through which these "Imperatives" are implemented and / or executed. After this "Reinvention" is completed, Social Science as a whole will finally be able to regain its lost validity. The present study constitutes an exhortation to the "Reconstruction" of social science as a whole, and one of the initial steps in the development of this task.
