Born of frustration with a stagnant status quo, Polemic for Democracy calls for a Second Constitutional Convention and presents a Framework for pragmatic action. Starting with abolishing the Senate and expanding the House, the nine reforms of the Proposal would increase Legislative power while reining in the Executive and Judicial Branches. If implemented, the two-party system would be shattered, and in its place would come forth a truly multiparty political system. The impact of these reforms is shown visually through more than 70 full-color maps depicting every State in the Union. These new Congressional districts are drawn with care to avoid gerrymandering.
