Ten years ago, I was working at a health food store called Bonne Sante when I suddenly felt the urge to take a “good look at my life.” I grabbed a pen and paper, headed to my favorite restaurant, Pizza Capri, and gathered my thoughts as I began to write it all down. As I sat there, I reflected with gratitude on how I had lived up to that point and started considering what I wanted my future to look like. I realized only a few things truly mattered: getting right with God, my kids, my relationships, and, most of all, myself. This included prioritizing my health—mentally, physically, and emotionally—as well as cultivating my character. I wanted to commit to a healthy, organic lifestyle permanently. Naturally, I loved working out, drinking water, and meal-prepping. These habits, along with my sense of purpose, greatly impacted who I was becoming and influenced the direction I would take going forward. I fell in love with helping women detox and eat cleaner.
