Both balls are placed back into the spectator's hand, and you make a third ball completely disappear from you hand! When the spectator opens their hand, they find not two but three balls! 

For the grand finale you place all three balls in the spectator's hand, who closes them into their fist. Lastly, you ask the spectator how many balls they think they're holding. 

When their hand opens, instead of the expected three balls, they find a "magic dong" delivering the final twist with a burst of laughter.
