 Agua de Jamaica: 

 1 cup hibiscus  

3 cups water 

Simmer hibiscus for 10 minutes in filtered water just off the boil. Remove from heat and sweeten to your taste preference. Add 1-2 cups cold water to dilute to your preferred strength. Drink chilled.
