For over eleven years, Afoma Mpi was a practicing attorney primarily focused on international corporate taxation and structured finance transactions for U.S. Fortune 100 multinationals. In 2015, she was introduced to meditation and subsequently received certification and began teaching Kundalini Yoga & Meditation. She lives in Los Angeles and holds intermittent meditation gatherings, incorporating sound baths as a holistic healing modality to facilitate and nurture personal meditation practice for wellness and to provide an opportunity for the cultivation of inner stillness; that natural state of being that clears the way for conscious choice and inspired action.
