In 1979, a bright white light flashed through me while I was in prayer. It entered through the top of my head and went into my innermost being. It lasted only a few seconds. The best description of what happened can be found in the Amplified Bible Eph.1:17-18, “[For I always pray] the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of Glory, that He would grant you a spirit of wisdom and revelation —of insight into mysteries and secrets—in the deep and intimate knowledge of Him, by having the eyes of your heart flooded with light so that you can know and understand the hope to which He has called you and how rich is His glorious inheritance in the saints—His set-apart ones.” God gave me a revelation of the thread that runs through the Bible, From Genesis to Revelation. God has a goal for mankind. He has a purpose, and a plan to get us to our destination, the destination that He had planned for us. When you see His purpose, plan, and destination that He is guiding us to, then the bible will become more understandable. Let the Word of God and the Holy Spirit lead you into all truth.
