About This Place Called Heaven

Jack's best Friend Willie, his dog, died when he was five years old. He was comforted knowing that Willie had gone to Heaven. But now Jack is seven and increasingly more curious as to where this place called "Heaven" is located and if he could possibly find a way to get there, "without dying of course"! Jack's discoveries will hopefully leave readers exploring their own interpretations of what "Heaven" means to them. Eileen is a certified Grief and Loss Counselor, with years of experience in Hospice and Grief Support. This is her second children's book regarding the loss of a loved one and the questions assoicated with what happens after death. It is her hope that her books bring about helpful conversations for children and adults in a supportive and safe space. Jeremy Wells is a freelance illustrator and designer known for his work in children's books. He is the owner of I AM Illustrations and has been freelancing for over ten years.
