The inspiration for this book is the belief of the author that all things are possible in life no matter how it begins. “Never Give up. Hope Delivers Us.” This is a story about what lies behind the smiles on people’s faces. Written to both celebrate my mother and reconcile the effects of her life on myself and others. It begins with a history of our family which defines the strength inherent in my mother’s genes; a strength she both received and passed along to the generations that followed her. Authoring the book brought healing and understanding to a conflicted spirit. It is my hope this book honors my mother’s history and accomplishments and proves hope helps us overcome life’s roadblocks.
