Her apprehensions focus more on family--that is, her husband and young children, and living near her parents for the first time in decades--than on her work at the church. Dr. Carol Jeunnette has been working in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America with congregations, Bowen Theory, and its help in ministry for more than thirty years. In coaching pastors, she has combined those ministry experiences and insights from Bowen theory into a program to help clergy find a different way of viewing life and ministry. Rev. David Goodine has been working in the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod with congregations, Bowen Theory, and its help in ministry for more than thirty years.
