If your router has a guide rod attachment that goes through both sides of the router base, the Mortise Base will fit. DOUBLES AS AN EDGE GUIDE - Simply remove one fence to convert the Mortise Base into a stable edge-guide attachment for your router. 2" wide fences ensure stability for flawless cuts. Dual-Fence Precision: Standard router edge guides only support one side of your material, making narrow mortises tricky. The Mortise Base solves that with two 2"-wide fences, giving you complete stability and precise centering for mortises of any length, width, or depth your bit can handle.

Fits Most Plunge Routers: Choose from one of four stainless steel guide rod sizes—1/4", 5/16" (8mm), 3/8", or 10mm—to fit nearly any plunge router, from modern cordless models to vintage classics (SEE COMPATIBILITY CHART). The adjustable mounting system adapts to any rod spacing and up to 1/2" offset from the base plate. Additional Guide Rods sold separately.

Face Indexing: The engraved fence always references your workpiece face, ensuring mortises align perfectly in every joint. Works equally well for loose tenon joinery or traditional mortise-and-tenon layouts.
