HEALING WALKING Pure and Simple

BANG! A loud noise went off inside my head as it slammed into the bottom of the pool. My body went limp, and I just laid there for what seemed to be an eternity stunned……. From chapter one. I made the beginning of this book personal. Many days over my life were frustrating with a little extra exertion leading to a week of pain. I have learned through myself and many others, that healing can be enhanced, no matter what your age, especially with the right movement and motion. Healing Walking is an approach to the simple act of walking in the purest form possible. It has helped me and many of my patients to have a better quality of life. This is the account of how I came to this conclusion over the last 37 years as a Chiropractor and a guide on how to do it. The fundamentals of “Healing Walking “will be detailed in this book.
