I had a nightmare and decided not to ignore it, which led to a cyberpunk sky city, a hive-mind villain who hates crowns, and a planet specifically designed to humble gods. People stopped trusting their own thoughts, gravity misbehaved, and black holes became a negotiation tactic. With the help of Crinica, a very angry city, and eventually Flame and Myi, we broke the hive, shut down the EMP, and reminded everyone that unity works a lot better when it’s not forced. The villain chose annihilation over accountability, the city woke up, and somehow we all lived. It was terrifying, philosophical, and deeply inconvenient. I’m proud of us. I also desperately need a drink.
