It's a bird! It's a plane! Actually, it's a shiny object which a dog named Toby dug up yet it's his mistress, Kelly, who is left to deal with it. For instance, what is it? As Kelly attempts to figure that out, she's navigating a life alongside the ambitions of a long-time friend as well as dog park acquaintances who push her into satisfying their own ambitions. With all this going on, Kelly maintains the secret of the shiny object, and is determined to protect herself and shield it from harm. She doesn't want to give IT up, at least not until she figures out what it is and what it is to be used for. This in spite of the infamous air force base nearby with the peculiar weather patterns and isolated cloud formations which often seem to target her. No matter the end result of her experience with the shiny object, Kelly is resigned to eventual regrets while pushing herself forward.
