This document is respectfully submitted as a comprehensive statement of the significant events, background, and circumstances surrounding the series of episodic scientific observations of what has been determined to be an object that is defying conformity to multiple known and accepted laws of astrophysics, at least as extracted from numerous records and accounts of comets or other astrodal objects identified and investigated by experts in astrological and the physical sciences. In addition, this publication paints personal narratives through the extraction and transcription of publicly available reports and or interviews pertaining to the topic of this paper and surrounding events as viewed from a select number of scientists and subject matter experts in various relevant fields. In this book, Dr. Huff presents a version of this phenomenon from the viewpoint of those who have spent a lifetime of research and investigation into the involvement of the US in observing astrological theory and events within the limitations and frameworks of political ideologies, socio-economic events, national defense strategies, scholars reluctant to adopt advanced technologies and investigative methods and procedures, and other traditional academic leadership dynamics. Given this, Dr. Huff presents the offering independent research as a means of taking a fresh look into the claims and evidence of proven anomalies as he applies a rigorous examination of the information provided by critical actors and their narratives. During the course of this investigation, Dr. Huff and his research team identified several unanticipated findings that are likely to be of significant interest to readers.
