Melissa Abraham is a London-based writer of Ghanaian heritage who writes picture books. She is also a trained children's counsellor, hobby artist, and tea-drinker who loves chocolate and other sweet treats. Simone Douglas is a full-time illustrator and digital artist based in London. With a BA in Graphic Design, she sources much of her inspiration from a childhood rich with vibrant cartoons, video games, and classic Disney. Simone aims to capture and deliver nostalgia through her artistic style and experimentation. She particularly loves portraiture and creating characters, and has recently found a love for environment art, where she brings life to characters within their worlds. Beyond drawing, Simone enjoys long walks, watching thrillers, and playing the protagonist in an action/adventure game.
