FRUITS & TRUTH: Poetic Fruit

Fruits from within manifesting as sweet poetry. I found myself by reaching deep within my fruittree (myself). I was tired and emotionally sick on this realm called earth and knew that I was living a never ending lie that I thought was real. Living a distracted life. I guess you could say that I was fine jumping from emotion to emotion. I was a stranger living in a strange land called my body. The minute I started asking questions of why I was here and what was my purpose, my fruits within started to ripen and the first bite that I consumed was in the form of poetry.I am not a technical writer and I have no degree in literature or Language Arts. I will just say that I was inspired by within, my fruittree. Fruittree forever blessed! I can give you fruits but you have to do the rest. This body of work comes from my tree.. My tree of life. Who would have known that I would have fruits to give to the world in the form of sweet poetry. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my loved ones for bringing Fruits and Truth to life. My loved ones alive and my loved ones who are now my ancestors. I honor and adore you and lift your names on high. Thank you to my sweet mother Marie (My ROCK), my father Calvert, my brother David, my partner in life, love and business Vivian  and my two beautiful daughters Nikita  and Seleah. P.S.  Thanks Uncle Chubby for giving me my special kickstart...  A special tribute to my one boy who decided not to stay on earth. I miss you everyday and thank you for allowing me to reap these fruits to give Buy a book, two pens and go home. That's where you'll spend your time. You're here to write, not to be a "sheep" or a "yes gyal all yuh life". I heard my epiphany in my left ear drum, loud and clear but in a whisper all at the same time. The voice pounded lovingly through my root to my crown. Poetry came first and introduced itself to me in the form of fruits and truth. The whispers prolonged giving me names, tag lines, opening visuals of a fruittree and saying yes Simone this is who you'll be as soon as you're able to see your truth. Fast forward 6 years later and here I am rooted in my passion for making love to paper with a pen. I write and my words are alive and open to nurture those who want to hear and receive through my fruits (poems). Fruittree forever blessed! I can give you fruits but you have to do the rest is what I say before and after I nurture with my fruits and truth. I have my books and several pens now. I see platforms with audiences too in my future. Airwaves, conferences, stage shows, podcasts, blogs and the list is endless. My branches are infinite and ready to grow. By Fruittree
