On January 6, 2021, during the routine procedural counting of the electoral college votes to formalize the victory of President-elect Joe Biden a mob compromised of then President Donald Trump's supporters attacked the United States Capitol in an effort to keep Donald Trump in power. This report documents the findings of the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol and why they made the following criminal referrals to Donald Trump himself.
