Precautions:
Always hang tin solder head
Do not use flux when the solder is strongly acidic.
Do not repair or hit the head with a file or a hammer.
When tin appears, please use a fine sandpaper to polish the soldering tip to reabsorb the flux penetration after soldering, and it is best to control the temperature of the soldering tip at about 250 °.(If you use a non-temperature controlled electric iron, please turn off the power and let the soldering temperature of the nozzle be slightly lower after soldering).
It is strictly forbidden to disassemble electrical parts with electric iron. When using a new welding head for the first time, there will be slight smoke due to the heating of the electric heating element. This is a normal phenomenon and will naturally disappear after ten minutes.
