These recipes and photographs are a showcase of Joan and Kelly’s creative evolution, both in baking and photography, which began on their Mix & Measure Instagram account they whipped up in their home. This cookbook is not entirely about that, though. It’s about the memories of the food we have eaten, baked and created. It’s about time and place, like those moments in childhood when we would rush home from school to see if Mom made our favorite cookies. Or recipes we have baked that have completely ‘wow’d’ us.
