Eddition 2 of the CaliSober Recovery Program (CSRP) Handbook. This is a 12 step, self help guide to removing unhealthy behaviors. From substance abuse to gambling, alcohol dependency to sex addiction. this is not a program of rigid abstinence. We come from a peer support, trauma informed approach of meeting people where they're at. We support recovery of all paths including harm reduction, abstinence, medical assisted treatment, and plant medicine integration. The program is about behavior awareness and we are here to support healing of all forms. In this book we use explore shadow work, grief processing, inventorying, journaling, self exploration, and inner healing. We do this through the inspired teachings of Carl Jung and Bill Wilson. The book can be worked alone or with a mentor through our online community of trained mentors. Zoom meetings and online support can be found through our website.
